Chocolate and cinnamon are spot on as described and there is like a bright citrus note like lemon or mandarin zest which lifts the profile instead of becoming one dimensional typical . We use exclusively soy milk and this coffee cuts through it nicely- producing a full bodied coffee with plenty of ooomph.
